The prices are per apartment and include all services (for example car parking) as well as everything necessary for the stay (linen, dishes, etc.) with the exception of cleaning costs, therefore the cost shown is total. Cleaning will be carried out upon release of the apartment. Tourist tax exempt. The deposit is non-refundable, but for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the validity extends for another stay at our facility within 1 year.
