Gastgeber Fabrizzio hat ein hier eine geschmackvoll und typisch eingerichtete Unterkunft geschaffen. Das Jacuzzi im Olivengarten, beheizt mit eigenem Holz, war besonders. Idylle pur!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und auch der Garten war außergewöhnlich! Gute Ausgangslage um die Toskana zu erkunden und trotzdem sehr ruhug. Fabrizio war ein toller Gastgeber.

Prachtig Toscaans huis op schitterende locatie, goede bedden en goed terras. Fijne gastheer en gastvrouw, zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Kortom: echt vakantie!!

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in La Corte del Falco. Ons huisje bestond uit een slaapgedeelte, twee badkamers, een keukentje en een eigen terras. We mochten ook gebruik maken van de andere faciliteiten in de tuin zoals de jacuzzi. Het verblijf is rustig en bevindt zich in een mooi gebied omringd door wijngaarden en olijfbomen. Fabrizio, Monica en hun dochter waren echt ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk. Meerdere keren hebben we samen met hen mogen genieten van lokale producten. Ook de hond en de vier katten waren leuk gezelschap. Vanuit het verblijf bereik je in minder dan een half uur stadjes zoals Lucca en Pistoia. We hopen er snel nog eens naartoe te gaan.

A beatiful house and a nice host. It is a truly nice place just to be in and enjoy. But the location is great as well, close to cities like Lucca, Pisa and Florence. We spent our honeymoon here and we are looking forward to coming back again. Great place for vacation, straight out of fairy tale.

Es wurde in allen Bereichen weitaus mehr geboten, als man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet! Unsere Gastgeber Fabrizio und Monica haben sich familiär um uns gekümmert. Oft saßen wir abends noch zusammen, um den Tag revue passieren zu lassen und etwas Italienisch zu lernen. Bei jedem Problem hat uns Fabrizio mit wahrem Eifer weitergeholfen. Auch die Haustiere haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen! Die Zimmer waren mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und in einem rustikalen Stil wie im Film möbliert. Sogar Wasser, Brot, Marmelade, Öl und sogar Kaffe waren für die ersten Tage vorrätig. Wir haben uns vor Ort so wohl gefühlt, dass wir mehrere Tage in der Unterkunft geblieben sind, um dort die Sonne zu genießen und uns zu entspannen. Zusätzlich wurde bei unserer Ankunft ein Whirlpool eingeweiht, der uns dann ebenfalls zur Verfügung stand. Wenn wir dann doch einen Tagesausflug unternommen haben, konnten wir unser jeweiliges Ziel in annehmbarer Zeit erreichen – beispielsweise Lucca, Florenz und sogar Siena. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles war hervorragend!

Fabrizio und Monika sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Wir hatten im Juli 2021 eine wundervolle Woche im Corte der Falco. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Monte Cartini und Florenz, Prato, Pistoia oder das Meer erreicht man in unter einer Stunde mit dem Auto. Jedoch sollte dieses auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Ein Besuch ist sehr lohnenswert.

Tutto perfetto, casa super accogliente, le mura in pietra tengono bene il caldo. È dotata di tutti i servizi e le stoviglie erano tutte nuove di zecca e super pulite. Posizione perfetta, in 10 minuti sei nel centro di Montecatini e in 5 all’ingresso dell’autostrada. Nel paese c’è tutto. Comfort e relax sono assicurati. Proprietari splendidi.

Geweldig verblijf, super vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Het uitzicht is geweldig, het bed is zalig.

Absoluter Traum für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund . Inmitten von Weinreben und Olivenhainen hat der Hund unbegrenzt Auslauf ohne Leine. Der Hund vom Besitzer und den Nachbarn laufen ebenfalls frei und sind sehr lieb so das im Rudel Freilauf möglich ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entspannt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Appartement liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür und genauso kostenlos wie das wlan und der Hund.

We spent our 2 weeks Tuscany holidays at 5 different spots and houses. “La Corte del Falco” was definitely the best. The description and pictures fully correspond to the accommodation. Monica and Fabrizio communicated with us prior our arrival and were always available, when we had questions. The apartment is fully equipped and is in the middle of nature. If you like to spend your holidays away from the tourist trouble but near to all spots, which might be worth to be seen in the Tuscany, this is the right place for you. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

To say that we had a fantastic stay at Monica’s place would be quite the understatement. Fabrizio and her were the best hosts we could wish for, with great tips for everything we needed. They even treated us to an Italian style barbecue and taught us the best Italian swear words over a few glasses of wine. 🙂 The apartment itself is super nice and well equipped, we didn’t miss a thing. The kitchen is brand new and the bathroom super stylish, the terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch and candle light dinners. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back ourselves!

The property is a very old, traditional Tuscan stone house set in an olive grove plantation. The accommodation consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining table and the utensils, upstairs is the very large bedroom with bathroom and living room. The entrance to the house and the access to the veranda overlooking the old town of Montecatini Alto is on the ground floor. You can have breakfast on the veranda roofed, with a wonderful view of the olive trees. The hosts are very accommodating and warm and have given us a lot of great tips for restaurants, excursion destinations and free parking. Dogs are also welcome. A parking space is directly at the accommodation. We had a wonderful time in the very atmospheric, original, Tuscan accommodation. If you are looking for peace in nature, this is the place for you. Thanks for everything Monica and Fabrizio. We will be back 🙂

Alloggio sito in un contesto di bellezza armoniosa. L’appartamento è ben predisposto e ha tutto l’occorrente per farvi trascorrere una settimana di vacanza di tranquillità e riposo nelle belle colline toscane. Punto di partenza per diverse città (oltre Firenze) e altri borghi di straordinaria bellezza. Monica ha saputo indicarci tempi e luoghi da visitare anche in soli due giorni come avevamo noi. Vicino alla loro struttura ci sono tutti i servizi necessari (supermarket, farmacia, panificio, bar e ristoranti) comodi e a 5 minuti di auto dalla location. Fabrizio e Monica sono simpatici e cordiali e molto alla mano (very friendly!) e circondati da i loro simpatici gatti e la splendida cagnona Audry. A rivederci.

Un gioiello immerso nel verde: la casa corrisponde in pieno alle foto e il paesaggio sul retro supera le aspettative. Ideale per una gita fuori porta e ancor più per una settimana all’insegna della tranquillità. L’alloggio scelto da noi era provvisto di tutti i confort, dalla cucina con il necessario per pranzare o cenare a casa, alla camera spaziosa e al bagno con doccia e finestra, fino al tavolo sotto la pergola e ai lettini per prendere il sole nel cortile sul retro. Monica e Fabrizio sono stati davvero gentili e ospitali, raggiungibili telefonicamente senza problemi e disponibili sia per accoglierci all’arrivo sia per salutarci alla partenza, oltre che per fornirci consigli su ristoranti locali o quali città visitare. La Corte del Falco è in posizione strategica, vicinissima a Montecatini (neanche 5 minuti di macchina), Pistoia (15 minuti) e Lucca (45-50 minuti). Lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione se dovessi tornare per una vacanza in Toscana!
